Gerritt is more than just a business owner and consultant. He spent 15 years working as a police officer in a variety of high stakes assignments, including SWAT, Narcotics, Gang Unit, and Undercover. This wealth of experience gives him a unique perspective on just what it takes to succeed when everything is on the line. During his time as a police officer, he was given some of the best training in the world and really developed an obsession with strategy, execution, consistency, communication, and clarity.

He has also owned two contracting companies, one a window washing business and the other a landscaping business.

When he retired, he started consulting with small businesses, helping them create the clarity they need around people, processes, and systems. His unique approach has been used by hundreds of businesses, with many of them scaling to 7 and 8 figures, while spending less time working.

Gerritt is a married father of three, and spends his free time giving back to the First Responder community, as well as traveling and enjoying life with his family.
